A LEGENDARY rocker last week swapped the Summer of '69 for the summer of 1940 as he visited a museum exhibition in Grahame Park.Multi-award winning Canadian guitarist and singer Bryan Adams was spotted on Friday at the RAF museum, in Grahame Park Way.
The 50-year-old, known also as a keen photographer, spent about half an hour taking pictures of aircraft such as the Spitfire and Hurricane on display in the Battle of Britain hall, which commemorates the three month air fight that began in July 1940.
He took time out to sign autographs and have his picture taken with fans, and museum attendant Monica Ferreira said she was excited to meet the Everything I Do singer.
She said: “I was in the building when he came in with a member of staff and I thought I recognised his face from somewhere.
“I went over to ask for a picture with him. I was so happy that I spoke to him because he was lovely.”
